Janet is in our view the best agent possible. As builders we appreciate she has her own contractors license and understands the trade. She has good contacts for cabinets, electricians, cleaning companies, etc.. the list is long. Janet is also a top negotiator. Janet has a very deep understanding of the Prescott luxury home market as well as the overall market here in the Prescott area. Janet has exceptional organizing skills.
