Janelle was the agent for my fathers home purchase 3yrs ago, then a lil over a year ago was agent for my brothers home purchase. Just earlier this year she sold a house for me. Truly amazing she gave me ideas and really good advice to make the house ready to sell. She knows all the ins and outs of inspections and warranties, and if she doesn’t she’s on it getting the information you need. My home was on the market one week and we had a buyer. She quickly followed through and got the sale closed. She is Awesome! I just love her. Give her a call, it’s the smartest call you’ll ever make if you’re buying or selling.

She always answered our questions, typically at any point of the day or night and was very communicative throughout the entire process. She was our advocate and fought for us during some questionable issues and concerns we had. She never pressured us and always made us feel comfortable with every step of the home buying process. We consider her a friend of the family now.

Stead fast over the year as agent thru a failed contract and eventual closed sale

Susan was wonderful to work with. She kept us well informed and showed urgency to ensure we had everything we needed. Great communication! Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Susan was truly exceptional. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable . She organized a great deal with care and precision, making the process easy and stress-free. I’d confidently recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier real estate support.

Ray was very patient with me looking at a score of homes. He understood what was important to me in what I needed from my purchase.
