The home we purchased had a solar system that required exstensive research to understand the loan, payoff, takeover, etc. Amy did a lot of legwork to research all the unknowns for us and provided us with plenty of documentation. Amy did a great job of navigating some difficult discussions with the seller and kept us well informed throughout. She is a very positive, compassionate, knowledgable and flexible. She was a joy to work with.
