Jason and Amy were extremely helpful in determining a listing price based on their knowledge of prior sales in our area of similar homes, etc. The house sold at full listing price the first day on the market. They also helped in walking us through any buyer requests based on the inspection and the sale went very smoothly with high satisfaction of the buyer and us the sellers. Additionally, Jason and Amy assisted in the preparatory phase securing window cleaners, house cleaner, and hauler to cart away unwanted items. We are delighted with their knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness and recommend them highly to anyone desiring to sell their home.
