Several agents wanted to list our home for 30 to 40 thousand less than what we wanted for a quick sell. Jinger came in looked closely, listened to everything we had done, documented everything, and listed the home correctly on MLS. We were under contract in 10 days (for a few dollars under asking price)! Market knowledge is excellent. Randall issues market surveys via email monthly. Communication is also excellent. They answer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly. Professionalism is great. Diane was almost immediately in tune with my needs and wants in my search for the right home. My house-hunting trip was short as I found THE home on Day 1. To save me from making an extra trip to Prescott from my former home which was a two-hour drive away, she and Randal offered to provide me with a drone video of the new neighborhood and location of the future amenities. Randal did an excellent job on the video and narrated it so I was given all the info I needed.
