Market knowledge is excellent. Randall issues market surveys via email monthly. Communication is also excellent. They answer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly. Professionalism is great. These two make you feel at ease at all times during the process while maintaining their professionalism.

We first were referred to Diane & Randal about 18 months ago. They knew we were not looking for a house for at least a year, and they took the time to meet with us, show us around, and talk to us at length about what they know and love about Prescott. When we toyed with the idea of building a home, they introduced us to a builder and were involved in the entire process. Diane was almost immediately in tune with my needs and wants in my search for the right home. My house-hunting trip was short as I found THE home on Day 1. To save me from making an extra trip to Prescott from my former home which was a two-hour drive away, she and Randal offered to provide me with a drone video of the new neighborhood and location of the future amenities. Randal did an excellent job on the video and narrated it so I was given all the info I needed. Diane and/or Randal were always available to answer any questions and continue to check in on me after the sale. I have bought and sold several houses over the years and this experience with them was among the best. Kudos to Diane and Randal! And the homemade pickles are delicious!
