Market knowledge is excellent. Randall issues market surveys via email monthly. Communication is also excellent. They answer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly. Professionalism is great. These two make you feel at ease at all times during the process while maintaining their professionalism.

We first were referred to Diane & Randal about 18 months ago. They knew we were not looking for a house for at least a year, and they took the time to meet with us, show us around, and talk to us at length about what they know and love about Prescott. When we toyed with the idea of building a home, they introduced us to a builder and were involved in the entire process. Ultimately, we decided to purchase an existing home, and they were fantastic every step of the way! They listened to us, and showed us exactly what we were looking for in the price range we requested. We found just the right home and are so excited about our upcoming move to Prescott! Diane was almost immediately in tune with my needs and wants in my search for the right home. My house-hunting trip was short as I found THE home on Day 1. To save me from making an extra trip to Prescott from my former home which was a two-hour drive away, she and Randal offered to provide me with a drone video of the new neighborhood and location of the future amenities. Randal did an excellent job on the video and narrated it so I was given all the info I needed. Diane and/or Randal were always available to answer any questions and continue to check in on me after the sale. I have bought and sold several houses over the years and this experience with them was among the best. Kudos to Diane and Randal! And the homemade pickles are delicious!

Erin knows the local market well. She is an expert Realtor whether she is helping a buyer or a seller (she helped us buy this house years ago). Selling the house, she assessed the market, made recommendations to us for listing preparations, and staged the house for expert presentation. The entire process was very fast and efficient. We are a retired couple who have just recently relocated to Prescott, AZ from Seattle , Washington. Last fall we took a trip here to Prescott to check out the area, the city, the culture, and the housing market. We saw several of the Danley Team’s videos on YouTube and we were very impressed.
