Ben really cared about us as clients and did all in his power to get our home sold. He was very good about keeping us updated throughout the process. This was our second time using Ben and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

I've worked with Erin to both buy and sell numerous properties over the past 4 years. Without hesitancy I can say that she is an awesome realtor! Most realtors do little more than post your listing on MLS then wait to see what happens. That's not Erin. She is proactive through the entire process, from our first discussion about a property, renovations I plan to the property (if it's one I'm buying to fix and sell), and in the exit strategy (including above-and-beyond marketing of the home through her multiple social media channels, and print media)--and keeps me updated on buyers' feedback regarding the homes so that I know what more, if anything, needs to be addressed so that I can sell the house. She also gives me solid advice before I even buy a home, regarding what the all-fixed-up value is likely to be. She has also provided me with insight regarding some homes I was considering buying but that had problems I not considered and that warranted my not purchasing those homes (even though she would have made money when I fixed and went to sell the home). In sum, Erin treats each home like its her own investment. She truly acts and works like a co-owner on the same side of the transaction as me. It's refreshing and reassuring since most realtors I've used in the past are only in it for the realtor fee.

We were planning a potential move from MN to Prescott AZ. In researching the area we found Shawn and Tiffany's You Tube channel. This turned out to be our best source for great info on the area. I reached out to Shawn about an upcoming trip we were planning to check out the area. He offered to tour us around and show us the different areas and neighborhoods. He was fantastic, and spent a day and a half with us. We were considering a couple other local realtors at that time, but with Shawn's willingness to spend this much time helping us, his knowledge of the area and his quality character, our decision was easy. Based on his input and tours, we narrowed down our choices to 2 neighborhoods. His insight and local knowledge were priceless for us being from out of state. We found a house several weeks later and Shawn and Tiffany took us on a live video tour, as we couldn't travel down to see it in person. We purchased this home sight unseen based on our previous tour of the neighborhood and on Shawn and Tiffany's excellent video tour. We moved in this week, with a completely flawless and smooth closing. We arrived at the house to see it for the 1st time, and it is in fact better than they described, We could have never pulled of this move without their awesome insight and help through the entire process. 100% satisfied and the experience completely exceeded our high expectations!
