Coming from out of state there were a lot of unknowns for us and Amy did a great job for us!

The home we purchased had a solar system that required exstensive research to understand the loan, payoff, takeover, etc. Amy did a lot of legwork to research all the unknowns for us and provided us with plenty of documentation. Amy did a great job of navigating some difficult discussions with the seller and kept us well informed throughout. She is a very positive, compassionate, knowledgable and flexible. She was a joy to work with.

Thank you so much, Margaret, for your thoughtful review! It was truly a pleasure to help you navigate your home purchase, especially as you were making such a big move from out of state. I'm thrilled to hear that the research on the solar system and all the documentation provided were helpful. It's crucial to have clarity on all those details, and I'm glad we could work through the complexities together. I'm happy that you felt informed and supported during the more challenging discussions with the seller. Your experience of a smooth transition is always my top priority. Thank you for your kind words about my approach—I strive to make each step as seamless and positive as possible. Wishing you all the best as you settle into your new home!
