Ben helped us establish a price point at the high end of the market. We had a contract within 15 days, and sold for over asking price. On a personal note, Ben is so much more than just a real estate agent. He understands the seller's concerns, and he plays the role of a conscientious coach. He made it abundantly clear that we were in the driver's seat, the decisions were ours, and our complete satisfaction was his overriding priority. Ben's heart is kind, and his motives are humble. He gives advice with caution. Conclusion: there may be agents with more experience, more sales, more hype and professional recognition. I'm just thankful we found Ben. He and his team were a true blessing to our family.

Excellent Service. We chose Jason to be our realtor since he was the one selling the house. Jason was able to go out of his way to show us the house the next day.
