My wife and I started our adventure this February 2026. We knew we wanted to move to the Prescott / Prescott Valley area, but not much more. We started watching YouTube videos about the area and ran across the Danleys’ YouTube site. Long before we moved to the area, the Danley team provided us with valuable relocation information. We were planning a potential move from MN to Prescott AZ. In researching the area we found Shawn and Tiffany's You Tube channel. This turned out to be our best source for great info on the area. I reached out to Shawn about an upcoming trip we were planning to check out the area. He offered to tour us around and show us the different areas and neighborhoods. He was fantastic, and spent a day and a half with us. We were considering a couple other local realtors at that time, but with Shawn's willingness to spend this much time helping us, his knowledge of the area and his quality character, our decision was easy. Based on his input and tours, we narrowed down our choices to 2 neighborhoods. His insight and local knowledge were priceless for us being from out of state. We found a house several weeks later and Shawn and Tiffany took us on a live video tour, as we couldn't travel down to see it in person. We purchased this home sight unseen based on our previous tour of the neighborhood and on Shawn and Tiffany's excellent video tour. We moved in this week, with a completely flawless and smooth closing. Amy and Jason made the sale of our house easy. They explained every step, provided great information and communicated throughout the entire process. They were patient and answered all questions. They gave great advice on how to have our house show the best it could to attract buyers. We received an excellent offer for almost full asking price within the first two weeks.

We chose Jason to be our realtor since he was the one selling the house. Jason was able to go out of his way to show us the house the next day. Jason is a professional who is friendly and personable. Due to his realtor expertise, we were able to take care of all the details; even though we were out of town. You cannot go wrong with Jason and Amy Maneely as your realtors.

Amy and Jason were a wonderful team to work with from start to finish As a first time home seller I had a lot of questions and they were there to help me every step of the way. I can’t picture a better relationship with an agent working in my best interest and if they were licensed where I’ve moved to I wouldn’t think about working with anyone else. Both Diane and Randal were excellent and top notch in their profession. My texts were answered quickly and any questions I had were also answered in a timely manner.
