He made it abundantly clear that we were in the driver's seat, the decisions were ours, and our complete satisfaction was his overriding priority. Ben's heart is kind, and his motives are humble. He gives advice with caution. Conclusion: there may be agents with more experience, more sales, more hype and professional recognition. I'm just thankful we found Ben. He and his team were a true blessing to our family.
