Ben is very meticulous in finding what you want down to the finest details. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll let you know he doesn't know and find the answer. He won't try and sell you on any house with the traditional real estate buzz words like "location, location, location" or "this house has massive potential!" I will never buy another house without Ben Zallaha! He's a straight shooting professional that gets the job done!

Shawn and Tiffany were so pleasant to work with. They patiently toured us around on short notice from one side of town to the other (occasionally through the snow!) and found us a perfect property. The follow-through was excellent, fixing our issues before we knew they were there! They were able to suggest a couple of contractors (well, boundary) who were just as pleasant and professional. All-around a great experience and we highly recommend them. We feel like they have become friends and we can hang out with them any day!
