I have never even heard about a Reality company or Realtor doing so much to continuously try and sell a property, no matter the situation!! The house was not worth a huge amount of money. Paula didn’t care, and worked it like it was worth a million. Her and her team were undeterred, even when banks shot down several deals due to the house condition. My mother’s property was not typical construction as it was an earthy artisan style home built into the side of a hill, definitely not a banks dream house. One after the other, potential buyers were not approved for financing, even with great credit and large down payments. We had tried to sell it for cash “By Owner” and failed for months before finding Paula. Paula said it was time to start taking cash only offers after several banks’ financing fell through. I agreed, as I figured it would sell for something, but I was very worried as my mother’s situation was more dire than others. I needed every dollar possible to take care of my mother’s extreme medical and living care situation. Paula and her team, including Jimmy and others, just kept showing the house and property to one person after another, like they were selling it for their own mother’s. There were many showings every week and several times, 3 showings a day. They never stopped showing the house, rain, shine, and weekends, until they found the right person for the house, with the cash to make it happen. So this is my advice to those reading this to decide if they should use Paula and her team. Without a doubt use them for your reality needs! I will be, for as long as I live here and they are willing to sell and buy houses with me. Just do what Paula say you need to do, nothing more or less. Then, watch true professionals with highest level of heart, drive and integrity get the job done. You will not find a better Realtor than Paula and her team period, so stop looking and ask her to please work with you. In the end you will be happy you did, like I am.

If it wasn’t for our trust in Megan as our realtor, we would have never been able to buy this “perfect for us” house. We were buying from out of state and needed someone we could fully trust and had our best interests at heart. She knew what we were looking for and kept that in mind when looking at a house on our behalf when we couldn’t make it into town. There is no way I would have done this with anyone else. Even though we brought her out of her normal real estate area she did a fantastic job for us and I would recommend her to everyone I know in the Phoenix area.
