She was extremely responsive; she was also very knowledgeable of not only the whole process, but of all the available properties in the area a where we were looking. She was very forward thinking and preparing us for the showings. She had great advice. While an excellent communicator, her honesty was number one. Finally, she was extremely timely not only in meeting us when and where we were supposed to, but also focusing us on the documents that needed to be taken care of. Finally, we felt like she really cared about us and cared about meeting our needs.

Was told about house (for sale by owner) told Sylvia address. Sylvia handled everything from there. Absolutely could not have done by myself. She knows everything that needs to be done and the order its done.

Chris knew how important selling my house was to me. He kept me informed and wasn’t discouraged with the naysayers who said my townhouse wouldn’t sell. He got the job done in record time and I so appreciate him. Thanks Chris — I’m forever grateful for a job well done.

Tahona and Connie are very knowledgeable about the area. They were very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them as both buyer and selling agents, which I experienced both!

Connie and Tahona have sold two houses for us and we recommend them to others every chance we get. They know the real estate business inside out. They are professional, caring and will go the extra mile for their clients. If you’re looking to buy or sell, call them!

We were out of state and had a week in the area to look for a house. We had been looking online for some time, and Connie was very helpful and responded well to our wishes. Connie communicated well with us and was very personable. She knew what was on the market and what fit our criteria. She guided us well through the process and was very professional. We would highly recommend Connie.

Dusty is more than a Real Estate Agent. She is a friend. She takes her clients and "adopts" them. She is on top of very detail of the whole process. From day one, she is with you. My experience is this: in my blood family I have three sisters, BUT now, I have a fourth sister in Arizona :o) She is THAT personal. Her support goes beyond the real estate business. She is a hard worker, and her clients are her priority. I had a wonderful experience selling my house, and I am 100% that it was because of Dusty Rhoton! Thank you girl! You rock!!!

Erin helped me to list and sell this property quickly even though it was a lower-end mobile home and in a smaller town. She was very fair and reasonable in her commission as well, and always gives candid, useful advice to move my properties. I highly recommend her.

Sylvia is absolutely everything one needs in a realtor when selling or buying a home. She has decades of experience which shine through in her knowledge, professionalism and support. She was super responsive and fast in processing all documentation, popping round as soon as anything needed actioning. Sylvia was able to guide and assist in helping me to understand and therefore complete the declaration documentation but more importantly she did not shy away from my emotional overload at how much I found it all overwhelming. And she did so with grace, compassion, understanding and rock solid grounding based on her very obvious experience. I highly recommend choosing Sylvia to be your realtor, for how much she made working together an easy and successful experience.

Sylvia is very knowledgeable in all things involving real estate. She helped us find the perfect home in Cottonwood, AZ and will not hesitate to use her services again if the need arises.
