This is the 3rd house Ben has helped me sell. The other two were pretty quick and easy. This one was in a 55+ on leased land, newer home. The whole neighborhood wasn’t moving, 15 listed, and finally cash offer and quick close after 9 months. Ben never gave up and was always keeping me informed, suggesting something new or a price adjustment. The long timeframe had nothing to do with Ben and everything to do with the strange market. Ben is caring, authentic, funny yet always professional. I highly recommend Ben Zallaha!
We can't say enough about this team! They made buying our new home as stress-free as possible. They were knowledgeable about the market and area and always responded in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. They were patient and kind with our many first time buyer questions. They negotiated and got us the best deal on our home. They were with us every step of the way! My in-laws recommended them.(They helped them buy their home in Prescott Valley.) I already recommended Benjamin and his team to a close friend. Benjamins presentation of the property was outstanding with the use of drone video to the use of multiple social media outlets .The monthly updates ,in detail,was very well received.
