Carrie made sure we were comfortable with the purchase on our commercial property. We new she was a good realtor because she has helped us with other properties in the past. Carrie was able to guide us through the negotiations, pricing and even CC & R for that area. When we had a question about the easements on the property she was able to contact an engineer to explain what the easements were for and where the easment were. Carrie was able to give us heads up on what to expect next from the escrow company so we were prepared for signings and deposits. We are extremely happy with all of the dealings Carrie has walked us through.
