Sheila is wonderful at her job. From the first meeting at an open house, until the close of our dream home, she provided knowledge, insight and guidance along our journey. She went out of her way to assist with scouting out houses, since we did not live in town, which was above and beyond what we expected. Her organizational skills during the actual buying process were evident and she was right there with us the through the entirety. We highly recommend her for anyones house buying adventure.

From the first moment when I spoke with her on the phone, Sheila has surpassed our expectations! We worked with her to sell our Prescott home while we were living out of state and everything was done electronically to perfection! We have bought and sold more than 10 homes in several states and in another country in the last 20 years, and only a few agents are truly exceptional and go above and beyond--Sheila is one of them!

Sheila and her team did an outstanding job in helping us find our Prescott dream home. Sheila was attentive to our wants and needs in searching for a property from the very beginning. She represented us well and helped set up all the inspections and was persistent in getting any questions we had about the property answered. She was diligent in making sure that any of the repairs we asked for were completed with quality. This was our 6th experience in buying a home and she was the best realtor we have worked with. I would definitely refer/recommend a family member or friend to Sheila and the Edner Riley Team

The marketing photos and drone footage was awesome, the property went on the market and in 4 days we had an offer, throughout the the whole sale Conrad kept us informed and advised.

Conrad helped keep everything on track. He was diligent and helped us clear some of the hurdles associated with this purchase.

Conrad stays on top of things throughout the buying and selling process. He is a good listener and gives input when asked. He is there for inspections and his Realtor Team stay on top of items needing to be accomplished in a friendly manner. Conrad understands the Walker Community and the in and outs of the residents. He has a good base of people who can get the job done. I highly recommend Conrad for his professional manner and consider him a friend. Thanks for what you do Conrad!

Kathi is an exceptional realtor. During the process of purchasing my new home she was excellent at keeping me informed. Since I was in another state during the buying process, that was very important to me. She continues to offer support from afar, making sure that the contractors are able to get in to do the work that I require before moving in. In addition to her professionalism, she is just a wonderful and warm person. I have bought and sold many homes during the past 20 years and I have to say that Kathi is the best realtor that i have had the pleasure to work with.

We could not be happier with our time working with Kathi. She is extremely knowledgeable, and was very quick to respond to our texts, phone calls, and emails. She was very informative and helpful throughout the process. We had several houses we almost bought that we ended up changing our minds on, and she helped us persevere through the process. We will definitely use Kathi again for purchasing our next home.

Kathi is an excellent real estate agent. She is experienced and professional. She quickly understood my priorities and communication style. She promptly responded to any questions that I had and shepherded me through the process to a successful conclusion. I highly recommend Kathi.
