Sheila was great to work with and was patient as we looked into various areas in Prescott for property. She was knowledgeable about water availability in certain developments that either required a well or water haul. She advised on regulatory changes that were upcoming that could impact the speed of closing on a purchase. When I met with her to look at properties, she was well prepared and had areas mapped out effectively.
