Id like to begin with a huge thank you to Trish Neeley for going above and beyond in my transaction. I would not have been successful in the purchase of my first home without her. She found me when i was still struggling to understand the homebuying process and brought it down to the basics. We had multiple signifigant failures to deal with from the seller including water leaks, mold, poor repairs, and general negligence of the property. Rather than accept shotty craftsmanship Trish would double down and leverage the situation to get a better deal. Ultimately we went from a mandate to fix a water leak to getting extensive mold remediation, an ac unit, furnace, electrical repair, ceiling fan and washer machine repair. Her work speaks for itself. I have a home worth owning as a result. I will continue to recommend Trish and her daughter Laine Moseley for all real estate transactions in the area.

Laine and Trish Neeley worked together extensively to put together a solid purchase on my first home. Despite multiple setbacks they continued to fight to get all the conditions of my contract met. That was our 9th home sale and Michele was the best realtor we ever had. Michele was on time professional very courteous and really knew her stuff. The house had a few problems but she stepped up and took care of them. Will definitely use Michele again on next sale.
