Trish was truly a godsend for our family. Id like to begin with a huge thank you to Trish Neeley for going above and beyond in my transaction. I would not have been successful in the purchase of my first home without her. Rather than accept shotty craftsmanship Trish would double down and leverage the situation to get a better deal. Ultimately we went from a mandate to fix a water leak to getting extensive mold remediation, an ac unit, furnace, electrical repair, ceiling fan and washer machine repair. Her work speaks for itself.
