We had multiple signifigant failures to deal with from the seller including water leaks, mold, poor repairs, and general negligence of the property. Rather than accept shotty craftsmanship Trish would double down and leverage the situation to get a better deal. Ultimately we went from a mandate to fix a water leak to getting extensive mold remediation, an ac unit, furnace, electrical repair, ceiling fan and washer machine repair. Her work speaks for itself.
