We were planning a potential move from MN to Prescott AZ. In researching the area we found Shawn and Tiffany's You Tube channel. This turned out to be our best source for great info on the area. I reached out to Shawn about an upcoming trip we were planning to check out the area. He offered to tour us around and show us the different areas and neighborhoods. He was fantastic, and spent a day and a half with us. We were considering a couple other local realtors at that time, but with Shawn's willingness to spend this much time helping us, his knowledge of the area and his quality character, our decision was easy. Based on his input and tours, we narrowed down our choices to 2 neighborhoods. His insight and local knowledge were priceless for us being from out of state. We found a house several weeks later and Shawn and Tiffany took us on a live video tour, as we couldn't travel down to see it in person. Sheila helped us find this home over a year ago. So it seemed fitting to go to Sheila again to help sell it. It was a difficult decision to make due to circumstances.
