Lynn is a very supportive and compassionate person. I was selling my house during a tough market, she did some creative marketing, and got the house sold. Through the whole process, she always had my best interest in mind and gave me strong honest advice. She has a very calm way about her, helping to keep me calm. There were many trials and tribulations during the selling process, Lynn was always there every step of the way. For example, one issue that came up during the inspection is that there was water under the house in the dirt crawlspace. I had that repaired, but we wanted to make sure the crawlspace was dry. Lynn crawled in the dirt, crawlspace on her hands and knees to be sure there was no more leaking. Not every Realtor would do that! Lynn also represented me as a buyers agent and found me the perfect house. When she sent me the listing, I discarded it and told her I wasn’t interested. She called me the next day and suggested we go see it, she knew this was the right house for me. When I walked in, I fell in love with it. Somehow she knew what was best for me more than I did. I have just moved into that house and I’m loving it. I would not hesitate to recommend Lynn as the buying or selling agent. She is notonly an amazing person, she also excels at her job.
