She got on our offer right away, was very communicative to us via email and text at any necessary point, she was super helpful with showing my mom homes. I couldn't have asked a better person to help me find a home for my Mother. The hardest thing during a purchase of a home is finding the right Realtor who has the knowledge, connections and keeps very open dialogue with the client (me). Lupe did everything I would expect from a Realtor, and I never needed to worry about paperwork missing or errors. There was a few edits to be done in our contract a few times, but that was the brokers side or the seller. Lupe was simply awesome to us. I was so glad she helped my mom understand the process and recommendations of areas in Prescott, she had the patients to do it in Spanish for her. We will forever be grateful to her.
