Both Diane and Randal were excellent and top notch in their profession. My texts were answered quickly and any questions I had were also answered in a timely manner. I was initially attracted to their monthly report of housing in the Prescott and Valley areas. I feel they do more than the average realtor would do. Very professional and I would recommend them and use them again.

She was knowledgeable about water availability in certain developments that either required a well or water haul. She advised on regulatory changes that were upcoming that could impact the speed of closing on a purchase.
