This is the 3rd house Ben has helped me sell. The other two were pretty quick and easy. This one was in a 55+ on leased land, newer home. The whole neighborhood wasn’t moving, 15 listed, and finally cash offer and quick close after 9 months. Ben never gave up and was always keeping me informed, suggesting something new or a price adjustment. The long timeframe had nothing to do with Ben and everything to do with the strange market.
