Working with Michele was one of the best decisions we made. She was always available, incredibly supportive, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. Michele checked all the boxes for me, she was very knowledgeable in her field, great communicator, and her negotiating skills were second to none. What impressed me the most was her integrity, her uprightness and honesty. As a Fire Chief I have had to have full faith and trust in the Firefighters I worked with, lives depended on it; with Michele I had that same trust. Buying my home was a big investment for me, it was a big financial and emotional decision. I needed someone that I could trust and have the kind of integrity I expect, Michele was just that person.

We were undecided and as a result, over several months we viewed several homes. Michele always made herself available and regardless how many times we viewed the same home, and asked for another viewing, she happily and with a smile accommodated us. She will provide you with candid and honest advice about the positives and negatives of any home provided you ask her to do so. Make sure you ask her because it will be worth it. She is well connected in the community. It helps that she lives in the community as she has many contacts. I have since referred her to others looking for a great agent and will continue to do so. Hopefully she is still working as an agent when we go to sell our house in the future! The only negative experience we had and this was not Michele's fault as we firmly believe she was believed she was acting in our best interests, but we found the home inspector to whom she referred us to us was not detailed in his inspection and was rude, disrespectful, disagreeable, and condescending when asked questions about some of his home inspection findings. Although his written report encourages the customer to speak to him if there any questions or comments about his report, rest assured, he does not mean that. I would definitely not hire that particular home inspector.

Michele is a top-notch real estate agent. Particularly knowledgeable with Wickenburg Ranch and also real estate laws and documents. We found her very easy to work with, as well as a good communicator, answering our questions quickly and always staying in touch with us during the entire home buying process. We highly recommend her and would be happy to work with her again if needed.

When selling a home we always hope for a quick sale at the highest possible price. Sometimes it works, other times the real estate market throws a curve.
