Shanna Grossman | REALTOR®, Broker/Owner | Tinzie Realty
For more than 21 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through some of life’s biggest changes — buying a first home, finding more space for a growing family, investing in property, or choosing the right place for a business. Real estate is never just about the property itself. It’s about listening, understanding what matters most, and helping people feel confident in the choices ahead of them.
My strength comes from experience. Over two decades in this field have given me the knowledge to anticipate challenges, the skills to navigate complex situations, and the perspective to keep everything moving forward with calm and clarity. I’ve worked with every type of property — from high-end residential homes to rural horse properties, land, property management, and commercial spaces. That range has taught me that every situation is unique, and every client deserves a thoughtful approach tailored to them.
I’m proud to own and lead Tinzie Realty, where our focus is always on people first. From 2022 through 2025, I was honored to be voted Best Real Estate Agent in Wickenburg’s Best of the ’Burg awards, while our brokerage was named Best Real Estate Firm during the same years. Those awards mean so much to me because they come from the community I love and serve every day.
What I value most are the relationships that grow out of this work. Many of my clients have become close friends, trusting me to guide them not just once but across many chapters of their lives. They know I’ll communicate clearly, be honest when it matters most, and stay steady no matter how complex things may get.
At its core, real estate is about people, not paperwork. My goal has always been to combine the depth of knowledge that comes with years of experience with the care and attention each person deserves. Whether you’re buying, selling, or exploring new opportunities, I’m here to make the process less overwhelming, more informed, and centered on what matters most to you.
