Betsy was amazing and always my advocate during each part of the process. She went 200 percent above the call of duty and even got more perks for me by just asking the seller. Betsy even stood proxy for me for my final inspection and not only got me on the call with the Building Manager (who also was amazing to work with) but made sure the punch list of items (mainly paint touch-ups) was completed with pics and videos to confirm.
