This was my second experience working with Trudy--buying this house 10 years ago, and selling it this month. Trudy worked so hard for me both times. She knows the market and and makes recommendations. She has many resources to call upon from plumbing to handmen. She offered suggestions during the negotiation process when I wasn't sure what to do. She has always been a professional, but yet someone I could talk comfortably with about my concerns. I never gave it another thought when it was time to sell my home--Trudy was the first person to come to mind and the only agent I contacted.

Vickie goes above the call of duty to help sell your home! We have sold 4 other homes before we met Vickie in Phoenix and Vickie is so honest, helpful and thoughtful helping to get your home ready for sale, working with the buyers agent for the buyer and you the seller. Vickie and her grandson whom is a realtor also work together as a team that i can say Vickie is the most incredible honest realtor we have ever used and I feel blessed to have met her and consider her a friend along with an incredible realtor. From the first meeting to the close she is there and goes beyond in service for you the seller and also for the buyer.

I used the word seamless in the headline because ,,, everything went/worked as it is supposed to!! ... no problems, no gaps, no misunderstandings, ...; everything went smoothly and predictably! To say that Laura is a professional is incomplete ... she is a knowledgeable, seasoned professional, who is an excellent communicator!! 'nuff said!
