She also helped us in coming up with an offer that was acceptable for us. She walked us through every step of the process and helped in filling out all the documents that we needed help with. Kathryn is proactive in setting up all of the appointments with other people such as home inspections etc. and working with the other realtor to make sure that they are doing what needs to be done to get to closing. She also worked closely with the loan officer and the title company to get us to closing in a timely manner.
