This was my second experience working with Trudy--buying this house 10 years ago, and selling it this month. Trudy worked so hard for me both times. She knows the market and and makes recommendations. She has many resources to call upon from plumbing to handmen. She offered suggestions during the negotiation process when I wasn't sure what to do. She has always been a professional, but yet someone I could talk comfortably with about my concerns. I never gave it another thought when it was time to sell my home--Trudy was the first person to come to mind and the only agent I contacted.
