We were privileged to have an opportunity to work with Rob and Pam while purchasing our dream property in Sedona. We found Rob’s scope of knowledge and the breadth of his experience unparalleled. From our first conversation, and the first house we saw together, until the moment of closing and beyond, Rob has been everything one would wish an ideal realtor could be. Straightforward and honest, realistic, yet always looking for a creative way to make things happen, with the highest integrity I have seen any professional operate. Rob displays none of the characteristics of an eager salesman, but rather a wise mentor who takes you along on the journey and educate you along the way. Home ownership in Sedona has been persistently elusive for us, however with Rob‘s help it became a reality for which we will be forever grateful. Many of Rob’s clients are Sedona’s wealthiest, yet Rob would never judge you by the amount of money you have to spend. He made the time for us, patiently answered admittedly endless questions, and ultimately made us feel as if we were his only clients. Rob has been with us every step of the way, even during times when his presence wasn’t strictly necessary, yet he felt we may need a word of advice, or simply be comforted by him being there. Rob and Pam make up the dream team complementing each other wonderfully, and they get things done where others only shake their heads “no.” It’s been an incredible pleasure to watch a grandmaster at work. Perhaps the highest compliment we could give is that Rob so demonstrably loves his work, and it truly shows. Rob, it’s been a privilege indeed.
