As an example of commitment and personal engagement, we had the need for a very timely lab analysis of water samples. On a Friday afternoon, Connie personally delivered the samples from the Verde Valley to the lab in Phoenix. This enabled a more expeditious lab result saving at least 3 days. I found them to be committed to availability for any needed personal presence at the property being marketed. As the Seller and Trustee, I was not in the community where the property was located. Their market presence, knowledge, access to resources, availability commitments, and professionalism were much needed and significant assets.
