I had very specific parameters and they respected them; not trying to upsell a more expensive home, for example. I was greatly appreciative of that. We ran into issues on a home inspection and they helped guide me and advise me so that I ultimately found the perfect place. Kind, respectful, funny, Sharp, great negotiators and diligent. You will not be disappointed working with them!

We can’t say enough great things about Shawn and Tiffany! For the past three years, we had been considering relocating to northern Arizona and most recently the Prescott Valley area. After finding Shawn and Tiffany through their YouTube channel, we knew they truly understood the area and lifestyle we were looking for.
