Jason and Amy were extremely helpful in determining a listing price based on their knowledge of prior sales in our area of similar homes, etc. The house sold at full listing price the first day on the market. They also helped in walking us through any buyer requests based on the inspection and the sale went very smoothly with high satisfaction of the buyer and us the sellers. Additionally, Jason and Amy assisted in the preparatory phase securing window cleaners, house cleaner, and hauler to cart away unwanted items. Our experience with Amy was amazing! She is a true professional and adds so much personality to the difficult process of finding a home. We met just before Memorial Day 2021 and she stuck with us through lots of home visits, offers, communications state-to-state while we were selling our home and moving to the Prescott area. She also supported us through the devastation of losing out on multiple offers, and kept us moving forward.
