Jason and Amy were extremely helpful in determining a listing price based on their knowledge of prior sales in our area of similar homes, etc. The house sold at full listing price the first day on the market. They also helped in walking us through any buyer requests based on the inspection and the sale went very smoothly with high satisfaction of the buyer and us the sellers. First time selling a home. Overall good experience working with Jason and Amy. They did a good job listing the home, getting it showings and feedback. Jason was knowledgeable with market trends and what needed to happen to get it sold. The market is tough and they got the job done.
