A great experience. Jason Maneely was a godsend to have during the process of buying my house. He helped me feel secure and confident throughout the process. He was knowledgeable and provided me with a number of super helpful referrals to help each step of the way I’m very grateful for his attention to detail and step-by-step instructions.

Jason and Amy were extremely helpful in determining a listing price based on their knowledge of prior sales in our area of similar homes, etc. The house sold at full listing price the first day on the market. They also helped in walking us through any buyer requests based on the inspection and the sale went very smoothly with high satisfaction of the buyer and us the sellers. Additionally, Jason and Amy assisted in the preparatory phase securing window cleaners, house cleaner, and hauler to cart away unwanted items. First time selling a home. Overall good experience working with Jason and Amy. They did a good job listing the home, getting it showings and feedback. Jason was knowledgeable with market trends and what needed to happen to get it sold. The market is tough and they got the job done.

More than just a realtor. We were connected with Amy by our Realty One selling agent in WA. We were relocating from out of state with two small children and a business. Once we found the right house, Amy went above and beyond in getting it to close including helping coordinate local vendors for our inspections/water testing and ensuring the seller was fulfilling their commitments prior to close. Also as a new mom to the area, Amy made sure I had recommendations to all the necessary resources. She helped connect me with folks in her network as I was looking for a job.
