“It was the best of times;’It was the worst of times”, a phrase Charles Dickens used in the opening of his novel; A Tail of Two Cities. That was how it felt putting our house on the market. It was a moving target but Peggy was always prepared with fresh market trends to consider. She was able to keep a steady flow of potential buyers and went above and beyond the basic role of an agent. We were in transit so we depended on her for a myriad of tasks that we could not handle remotely. In all cases she was the competent and professional help we needed to rely on. Peggy was absolutely excellent to work with. A friend of a friend recommended another agent for my mother’s property. It sat for one year until we found Peggy. Her online photos were incredible, with digital staging. She took the time to set up a thorough explanation of the property’s acreage- another thing the previous agent didn’t do. She put a lot of time and effort into getting the property sold, including recommending small upgrades. Once getting it back on the market, we had an offer on the house on day 1! And closed on the house soon after. Working with Peggy showed that a good agent can make all the difference.
