“It was the best of times;’It was the worst of times”, a phrase Charles Dickens used in the opening of his novel; A Tail of Two Cities. That was how it felt putting our house on the market. It was a moving target but Peggy was always prepared with fresh market trends to consider. She was able to keep a steady flow of potential buyers and went above and beyond the basic role of an agent. We were in transit so we depended on her for a myriad of tasks that we could not handle remotely. In all cases she was the competent and professional help we needed to rely on. We have been endlessly impressed with Peggy’s work ethic and her effectiveness and would strongly recommend her for any real estate project, Kent Byington and Sharleen Miller
