As a first-time homebuyer, I expected the process of purchasing a home to be highly stressful. However, working with Amber completely changed that experience. The hardest part of the entire journey was simply waiting for the closing day. From our very first day looking at properties, Amber demonstrated a deep understanding of what I was searching for. After viewing just two or three houses, I felt complete confidence in her ability to find my perfect home. Throughout the process, Amber maintained excellent communication. She kept me thoroughly informed every step of the way and was incredibly prompt whenever I had questions. In addition to her professional expertise, her positive attitude and constant encouragement made her a fantastic advocate to have in my corner. I highly recommend Amber to anyone looking to buy a home!

Vicki knows her business and was able to share it in a way that was informative and helpful. She provided comps to price the house appropriately and was exceedingly competent in providing specialized professionals to do the work that was needed on the property. In particular, she was very skilled at finding the balance in communicating the essentials and was respectful of my time. Vicki always gave her recommendations, but made it clear that the choice was ours. For the big work we needed to do, she always got several quotes for us to compare and then had it executed seamlessly. Her professional comportment is real, empathic and lighthearted, it set the tone for our working relationship and made for a very pleasant experience! Finally, I think it’s important to note that I never felt that I was anything less than Vicki’s primary concern and that is critically important in a real estate agent. I can say for us, Vicki went way above and beyond what was expected of her, and we are thrilled with the successful sale of our home.
