I worked with Susan in purchasing a home and then later selling a home when I needed to move out of state. Both experiences were fantastic with her. Susan always communicated clearly and in a timely manner, and always followed through on what she said she would do. During the sale of our home, Susan went above and beyond many times because there were complications with my mortgage lender, and she always came through.
