We have worked with Braden several times over the years. He has helped us look at a home we are wanting to sell, and gives advice on even minor things that will help get the home sold quicker and for a desirable price point. And he has the resources to help get those things done if necessary. When you are buying, he develops a strategy to make sure you get what you want. Most importantly, he works diligently to listen, and to gain trust, whether you are the buyer or seller. The better he knows you, the better he can help you. He’s a closer. Once a buyer is found (if you are selling) or a property you want is found (if you are buying) he enjoys and is extremely effective at the negotiation process.
