From the very first, we knew we had found the right real estate agent when we contacted Matt. He was friendly and upbeat and although we live out of state and were not sure exactly sure when we could get to Lake Havasu, he made sure to let us know that whenever we arrived, he would spend all the time we needed to make sure we found the right home - which we did! I thought that trying to buy a home while out of state would be hard but Matt made it much easier than I ever expected. He went above and beyond to make us happy as buyers and to coordinate all the details. I am positive that we wouldn't have had such an easy experience with anyone else.

Our experience with Sandra was all positive. Communication was great, advice given was spot on. She worked hard to make our sale happen and it did happen after a very short time on the market. Sandra is an agent who you can trust to work hard for you.
Even though we never got to meet face to face, Sandy, made us feel very comfortable with giving her the listing. She was very HONEST and up front. Responsive when contacted and over all we felt that she would get our property SOLD! Thank you Sandy.
Heather showed us multiple homes that fit what we were looking for. She looked up city plans on a home we were interested in to ensure we would have side parking I asked for but found out for me that it was an easement. Heather’s knowledge of the area and market helped us make an offer on a house we love.

I listed my condo with Brandi to sell and the market got so slow, nothing was moving as it had before. Brandi kept me informed of everything and when we did get an offer it was a low one, she thought we could do better and she was right! 2 days later an offer came in at asking price. During inspections some repairs were noted and as I was working out of state Brandi found and managed a contractor to have what could be corrected done. She worked hard getting everything lined up to make the transition smooth for both myself and the buyer. I highly recommend Brandi and wish I could use her for my next home purchase
