From the very first, we knew we had found the right real estate agent when we contacted Matt. He was friendly and upbeat and although we live out of state and were not sure exactly sure when we could get to Lake Havasu, he made sure to let us know that whenever we arrived, he would spend all the time we needed to make sure we found the right home - which we did! I thought that trying to buy a home while out of state would be hard but Matt made it much easier than I ever expected. He went above and beyond to make us happy as buyers and to coordinate all the details. I am positive that we wouldn't have had such an easy experience with anyone else.

Sandy went out of her way to find what I wanted. She has a strong market knowledge of the area I was looking in. She didn't seem to mind showing me one home several times, and I bought that one. If was a very good experience.
