I knew this was a great property, but it was expensive and very specific. Before the property was even completed, Niky was able to find us a buyer! I think it only took her a week or so of making phone calls and promoting within her brokerage to get us a great buyer. But, we still had to finish the project and navigate a pretty lengthy and complicated escrow. Niky was there every step of the way. She is very honest, knowledgeable, hard-working and managed to always make me feel like I was her only client. Niky is a rock star!

Sandy and Tom helped us purchase the lot, develop and build. They were very supportive and added expert advice on the lot and the build. They worked in tandem with our builder, NBH homes, to build the best house for us. Always quick to get back to us if we had questions and if they didn't have the answer, they would do the leg work to find out ASAP. Tom and Sandy will be selling our old home in Havasu and we know the quality service will continue forward.
