We found ourselves in Lake Havasu, AZ with one house to sell and one house to buy. We were so lucky to find Whitney. She made the whole thing a breeze! Including a 1031 exchange element. She stayed right on top of ever detail every step of the way. She had to coordinate with 4 sellers on the first house. Her computer skills and docusign skills really paid off. We move in tomorrow and she’s been great connecting us to plumbers, pool cleaners etc. everything we needed. I’d work with her again any time!

Whitney always picked up her phone, listen to me, helped with everything. Any ask was not too big or too small. She was always on top of things, without pestering me all the time.
