Above and beyond all expectations

Heather is very familiar with the Lake Havasu market, is very responsive and helps to negotiate the best price

She was very professional and made me the important client. We settled within a couple days for the price I ask for. She kept me informed on everything. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if you don’t live in Arizona.

Sandy and Tom helped us purchase the lot, develop and build. They were very supportive and added expert advice on the lot and the build. They worked in tandem with our builder, NBH homes, to build the best house for us. Always quick to get back to us if we had questions and if they didn't have the answer, they would do the leg work to find out ASAP. Tom and Sandy will be selling our old home in Havasu and we know the quality service will continue forward.

Sandy was very knowledgeable about the local market. She was responsive to questions and provided information that help us make decisions. Sandy also communicated well, returning calls, texts and emails promptly. She had no problems in negotiating our offers. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Tom Spezziale does what ever you need to help you all the way thru the process from start to finish. Sandy Norman is always a call away for what you may need. Thank you both for all your help !!

We have sold and bought a house with this great and caring person. She knew the market and always worked in our best interested.

From the moment we signed with Teri to sell our house we knew we were in good hands. Her knowledge, professionalism and communication with us was excellent. What could have been a frustrating experience was made smooth and seamless as Teri used her marketing skills and networking to sell our house in a super reasonable timeline and we will be forever grateful to her.

From the first time we told Teri that we were thinking of selling our Havasu home she was attentive but never pushy. She provided initial information and continued to provide follow up. We found a home in Texas sooner than we thought and informed Teri. She worked very diligently in markerting our home. She provided the most exposure and assistance until the home sold. Thanks to her we were able to make our move and payoff our new home. We stay in contact and consider her and her husband friends. We are very satisified and happy with the whole experience.

Rene did a great job selling our property. We were able to get more than we expected even in a tough market. She staged the house very nice, held multiple open houses and kept us informed what was going on. Would definitely use her again in the future and recommend her to others.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and guidance provided throughout my uncle's purchase of his short-term vacation rental property. From the very beginning, Stacey Johnson demonstrated exceptional communication, keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring that all questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Stacey's knowledge of the market was invaluable. Stacey took the time to understand my uncle's goals and helped identify a property that not only met his vision for a vacation home but also offered excellent potential as a short-term rental investment. Her insight into the local market, property values, and rental opportunities gave us confidence in every decision made along the way. When it came to negotiations, Stacey was a strong and effective advocate, working diligently to secure favorable terms while navigating the transaction with professionalism and expertise. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to my uncle's best interests were evident throughout the entire process. Most importantly, Stacey genuinely cared about helping my uncle achieve his dream. What could have been a stressful experience became an enjoyable and rewarding journey because of her dedication, patience, and unwavering support. We wholeheartedly recommend Stacey Johnson to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly exceptional Realtor.
