Saw agent putting sign up, approached and told her we would buy it. Process was started immediately and escrow was closed within two weeks.
Julie was on it on day one. She asked questions on our first call then said she would get back to me. To my surprise she got back to me in about 2 hours tops. From that point the ball was rolling. She kept me informed every step of the way and within 2 weeks we had closed on the property. I had my check the next week. Like I said it was a breeze. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and confident in her during the whole process. I would highly recommend Julie Hudson to sell any property.

I was blown away by her service and care. Every time I called she would answer or text within 2 seconds.
