Despite a difficult market and going through a previous realtor and tenant, Brandi Adams and Joey Pantuso were able to make it happen. Communication is key and Brandi and Joey were always available for a response. They even had taken some of my suggestions and agreed and implemented them in quick fashion. In this market, selling a home is a team sport. Thank you for your efforts. The commission was well-deserved.
