I loved her reviews, especially the one outlandish negative one and how Candice had responded. I knew I had found my real estate agent. As soon as I contacted her, she was on it. She was motivated, friendly and knowledgeable. She was in constant contact with me and moved quickly. We had two separate offers initially that had fallen through because the buyers were flaky. The third one went through without a hitch. I think our house was on the market a couple of weeks before we were in escrow. Candice also had a handyman, Jason, who I hired to do small repairs and paint the inside of the house. And he was wonderful. Everything went by without a hitch and I just can’t say enough about Candice.
