Crystal is knowledgeable, professional and has great communication and follow through. Everything you want in a typical agent. However, she goes way above all that with her personal touch. She goes beyond what is expected. I bought a house out of state and could not attend inspections and Crystal did all that. She had the house cleaned before I moved in, she and my agent in California worked together to make sure everything was taken care of up to the second it closed.
