Even though sometimes I was a pain in the butt she always came through with flying colors always had a great attitude and seemed very very happy. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home.

She was patient and flexible with her schedule to help accommodate our work hours, and made sure we were well informed every step of the way. She helped us coordinate all of the steps of home buying which can be so overwhelming and went above and beyond to help us find out dream home. 10 stars!!

Chantal went above and beyond my expectations in more ways than one. I inherited a house, which was in dire need of cleaning, repairs, and renovations prior to putting it on the market... Being that I live over 1,300 miles away, I was extremely overwhelmed with all that needed to be done in the 3 days I was in town AND all to be done after, when I returned home. She very easily put me at ease with explaining the home selling process as well as having any and every contact/connection that I could need to get started on everything required for the house.
