Chantal went above and beyond my expectations in more ways than one. I inherited a house, which was in dire need of cleaning, repairs, and renovations prior to putting it on the market... Being that I live over 1,300 miles away, I was extremely overwhelmed with all that needed to be done in the 3 days I was in town AND all to be done after, when I returned home. She very easily put me at ease with explaining the home selling process as well as having any and every contact/connection that I could need to get started on everything required for the house. Each person she recommended, also surpassed my expectations with being reliable, quick, and thorough with the work they did. Chantal had a clear and thorough answer for every question I had throughout the home selling process and even though I may have asked too many (haha) she was always so kind and easy to talk to. From her knowledge of the housing market, the wonderful and reliable connections she's able to provide, and how easy it is to speak about any home selling aspect, it's evident Chantal genuinely enjoys what she does, which made this process much easier and I greatly appreciate that!

Found a property we were interested in, was outbid by another interest. The deal few through. Paige called us to see if we were still interested.
